This agreement releases Grassroots K9, Grassroots K9 Trainers and Instructions from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during the Seminar. By providing my initials and agreement under each section below, I acknowledge and agree to hold Grassroots K9, Grassroots K9 Trainers and Instructors entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in participating in the Working Dog Seminars. I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and that all associated risks have been clearly explained to me.

By providing my initials below, I forfeit all rights to bring a suit against Grassroots K9, Grassroots K9 Trainers and Instructors for any reason. I will make every effort to follow safety precautions as instructed and will ask for clarification whenever needed.

Camping.

We ask anyone camping to arrive Thursday between the hours of 4:30-8:00PM.

I acknowledge that camping at Grassroots K9 Dundalk Farm involves risks, including terrain, weather, wildlife, and working dogs. I assume full responsibility for my safety and property.

I release Grassroots K9, its owners, and staff from any claims, injuries, or damages that may occur during my stay.
