Seminar Overview

Over four days, participants will receive progressive instruction combining classroom discussion, practical exercises, and scenario-based training. Each concept is immediately applied through hands-on exercises to ensure teams leave with skills they can confidently implement within their own agency. With instruction from two experienced trainers, each team receives individualized coaching throughout the seminar.
