TRAINING LIABILITY WAIVER

I, the undersigned, understand that participation in the Grassroots K9 Decoy Course involves physically demanding activity and direct interaction with working dogs. I acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in decoy training, including but not limited to: physical injury (e.g. bites, sprains, bruises), emotional stress, and equipment-related hazards.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur during the course and release Grassroots K9, its owners, trainers, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action resulting from my participation.

PROPERTY STAY LIABILITY WAIVER

If I choose to camp or stay overnight on Grassroots K9 property, I understand that I do so entirely at my own risk. I acknowledge that the property may include uneven ground, working dogs, equipment, and other hazards. I agree to conduct myself respectfully and responsibly while on-site.

Grassroots K9 is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, or injury that occurs while staying on the property. I release Grassroots K9, its owners, and staff from any liability related to my stay.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

All course fees are non-refundable. Due to limited space and the commitment of resources, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another qualified individual, subject to approval.
