Liability Release
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily camping on the private property of Grassroots K9 (the “Property”) located at 125795 Southgate Rd 12, Southgate, ON N0C 1B0. I understand that camping involves certain risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, interactions with animals, changes in weather, fire hazards, and general outdoor-related risks.
By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I assume full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during my stay on the Property.
I release, waive, and hold harmless Grassroots K9, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while on the Property.
I agree to abide by any safety rules or instructions given by Grassroots K9 staff while on the Property.
I certify that I am in good physical health and capable of participating in outdoor activities.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
